All I can say the wow wee factor was there when you arrived. All staff were extremely polite and friendly especially Christian who was so much fun who made us feel so welcome through his fun loving approach to activities.

Everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this place; it was fairly clean, and everyone was super friendly.

The hotel enjoys a stunning location near local areas like Palma Cathedral and the ocean. the rooms are reasonably spacious with nice decor and a selection of hypoallergenic and down pillows.

The hotel was very good. The staff were all very pleasent and helpful. If you want a nice relaxing holiday then this is the place to go. My wife and me stayed at the hotel half board and the food was excellent and plenty of it, the only down side was that there was not alot of evening entertainment, some nights nothing

no evening entertainment when we went in May.

The location of this place is stunning and amazing, situated in a good area, offering spotless units with a television and private balcony.

The view from this hotel is amazing and very relaxing. The indoor pool was a great added bonus as the weather wasnt great for the first few days of our stay although it is April so i didnt expect too much heat.

The hotel seems a bit run down it could do with a paint and the rroms could do with some new bed linen, there was scratchy orange coloured blankets that seem like they are from the 60's. Also there is a lovely view from the reception area through floor to ceiling windows however the windows were very dirty so it spoilt the view. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis, i would normally eat anything however i couldnt somach half the food available i lived on croissants and toast lol. Also we booked a double room but as i suspected we had 2 single beds this didnt really matter much tho it was still comfortable

The breakfast is gorgeous, with many healthy options. Perfectly clean rooms come with double balcony as well as tea/coffee.

The breakfast was savory. the room was spotless and huge with a beautiful view. - the location was marvelous, relatively near Santa Ponsa Beach.

The staff at this hotel is fabulous and amazing, always ready to cater to every request. the breakfast offers a wide range of options such as cereals and pastries. the location is marvelous and incredible, very close to a beautiful bay area near the local beach, shops, and restaurants. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Incredible location close to various restaurants, shops and the bus into Palma, the stunning Port de Soller and Pollensa, and Santa Ponsa and the beach, air-conditioned rooms. Lots of food at continental breakfast including cereals and pastries to order. Very quick check-in and late check-out, parking onsite.

Our room was modern and functional, with a balcony offering complete privacy and an amazing view. the location of the hotel is marvelous and stunning, close to local attractions such as the cathedral in Palma, Santa Ponsa, and the beach. - the hotel is conveniently located near the main restaurant.

The hotel's location near Santa Ponsa Beach was fantastic. Walking distance to stores and a local supermarket. - Well-appointed room with a large balcony. - TV in the room just like advertised. - the breakfast for vegans was served in the restaurant.
